Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and VStudios ("VStudios", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the marketing site at vstudios.ai, or using the VStudios studio at my.vstudios.ai, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old to use VStudios. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Subscriptions, minutes & top-ups

VStudios is billed via subscription plans and one-off top-up packs through Stripe. Each plan includes a periodic balance of generation minutes that resets at the start of each billing period. Top-up packs add additional minutes that do not expire and are spent only after subscription minutes are exhausted. The actual generation duration of each rendered video is debited from your balance using ffprobe-measured seconds.

You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; minutes already debited are not refunded.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use VStudios to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, infringes on the rights of others, depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualises minors, or promotes violence or hatred toward protected groups. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Ownership of generated content

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the videos you generate using a paid plan, including for commercial use. Free-tier output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The underlying models, software and templates remain the property of VStudios and its licensors.

5. Service availability

We work hard to provide a reliable service but VStudios is provided on an "as-is" basis. We may pause access for maintenance, security, or to retire features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-product notice. Continued use of VStudios after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
