VStudios is a product made by inoRain Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what data VStudios (operated by inoRain Inc.) collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to keep this short, clear, and human.

1. What we collect

Account data — name, email, password hash (or Google OAuth ID), avatar, and the roles we assign you. Billing data — Stripe customer ID, subscription state and the minute ledger. Studio data — projects, scripts, generated images, audio and video files associated with your account. Operational data — IP address, browser, page views, and security logs.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate VStudios, deliver the service you signed up for, keep our platform secure, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data with trusted processors that help us run VStudios: Stripe (billing), our email gateway notify.inorain.com (transactional email), our cloud and AI providers (rendering and generation), and analytics providers if you have accepted analytics cookies.

4. Retention

Account and billing data is kept while your account is active and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Studio assets stay until you delete them or your account. You can request a full export and deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

6. International transfers

VStudios is operated from the European Union with infrastructure that may also process data in other regions. Standard contractual clauses are in place with our processors when applicable.

7. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when. Material changes will be communicated by email.
