Generated Content Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
VStudios is a product made by inoRain Inc. This Generated Content Policy explains who owns the content you create in your studio, when VStudios is allowed to show that content to other users, and how revenue is shared when you sell or monetize your content through VStudios partnership portals.
1. Your studio, your content
Every script, image, audio file, video, character, world, location, scene, shot, and other artifact generated, uploaded, or composed inside your VStudios studio belongs to your studio. You are the creator of record. You may download it, edit it, delete it, sell it elsewhere, or take it offline at any time, subject to the underlying terms of the AI providers used to generate the raw assets and applicable law.
VStudios stores your content so the platform can render, edit, version, and deliver it back to you. We do not assert ownership over private studio content. We will never train public models on your private content without an explicit, separate opt-in agreement with you.
2. Private vs published content
Generated content has two states inside VStudios:
Private — the default. Content lives inside your studio. Only you and the collaborators you explicitly invite can see it. VStudios does not display, share, or redistribute private content to other users.
Published — when you click Publish on a project or asset and agree to the publishing prompt, you grant VStudios a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display that specific published content to other VStudios users and visitors, including for: featured galleries, the public showcase, search results, recommendations, remix/reuse flows, social previews, and marketing of the VStudios platform itself. Other users may discover, view, and — where you have enabled it — reuse your published content as a reference inside their own studios.
You can unpublish content at any time. Unpublishing removes it from public surfaces going forward. Copies that other users already imported or remixed under the terms in force at the time may continue to exist in those studios.
3. Reuse and remix by other studios
Published content marked as reusable can be referenced or remixed by other VStudios users through tools provided by the platform (for example: using your published character as a reference image, or sampling your published scene as a starting point). The remix is the derivative work of that other studio; their derivative does not transfer ownership of your original published asset to them. Attribution is preserved in the platform metadata where feasible.
4. Sales portal and ad portal
VStudios offers internal partnership portals — the Sales Portal (selling or licensing your finished content to other parties) and the Ad Portal (running ads against your content and sharing the revenue). When you opt your content into either portal, you grant VStudios the rights described above, plus the right to act as your billing and payout intermediary and to collect a percentage of the gross revenue generated by that content while it is enrolled in those portals.
The current revenue share, fees, and payout schedule are listed inside the relevant portal UI before you enroll an asset. By enrolling, you acknowledge that VStudios is entitled to collect its share automatically for any sale or ad transaction that flows through the VStudios partnership portals.
Sales or ad revenue you generate outside of VStudios — for example, by exporting your video and selling it on a third-party storefront, or running ads on your own YouTube channel — are not subject to a VStudios revenue share. VStudios only collects on transactions that happen inside the internal VStudios partnership portal.
5. Removing content from the portals
You can withdraw an asset from the Sales Portal or Ad Portal at any time from your studio dashboard. Pending or in-flight transactions (for example, an ad campaign already running, or a sale already invoiced) settle under the terms in force when they were initiated. After settlement, no future revenue share is collected on that asset.
6. Acceptable content
You are responsible for the content you generate and publish. Content must comply with our Terms: no illegal content, no content that infringes on someone else's rights, no sexual content involving minors, no targeted harassment, and no deceptive impersonation. VStudios may remove published content that violates these rules and, in serious cases, suspend the studio.
7. AI providers and rights chain
Some assets are generated by third-party AI providers we integrate with (image, audio, video and text models). Your rights in the generated output depend on the terms of the underlying provider. Where a provider grants you broad commercial rights, VStudios passes those rights through to you. Where a provider restricts use, those restrictions apply on top of this policy. We surface the active provider for each asset in the project metadata so you can review their terms.
8. Reporting and disputes
If you believe content published in VStudios infringes on your rights, contact [email protected]. If you have a billing or revenue-share dispute about the Sales or Ad portal, contact [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as VStudios and its monetization tooling evolve. We will notify users in the studio when material changes happen. Continuing to use VStudios after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
